"A recent trade using one of David Novac's strategies returned me 151% on my capital in 56 days. I sold part of my position and took profits and have no capital left in the trade. Any further proceeds from the sale of the remaining stock will all be profit.

"Since attending the Wealthwise Workshop two months ago, we now look at investing in the stock market in a whole new light!

We entered the following trades based on David Novac's recommendation and fundamental explanation as to why he would enter these particular stocks:

Stock 1: Max. risk of only $3,750 to control $246,500 worth of shares. 
Result: trade closed at break even.

Stock 2: Max. risk of only $3,500 to control $111,600 worth of shares. 
Result: still in trade and are up $3,000 or 25% on invested capital.

Stock 3: Max. risk of only $10,000 to control $131,000 worth of shares. 
Result: still in the trade and are up $30,000 or 170% on invested capital.  We have taken $15,000 profit and so now have no funds at risk yet still hold the stock for further upside.

"David Novac always talks about managing risk and this really crystallized for me what this means and provided a path to low stress investing.

I have undertaken three trades which remain current and have run for 35 days. As at today, one is spectacularly successful with a total initial invest of (capital and protection cost) of $17,500 for a pre-tax return today of just under $32,000 (a 182% profit).  I will move my protection up to lock in my gains and will continue with this stock.

The second involved an investment of $12,000 for a pre-tax return today of $6,900 (a 57.5% profit).  I will probably close this at month end.

The third required an investment of $14,800. As at today, this has resulted in a pre-tax loss of $1,400 (around 10%),  although the trend could see a small profit over the next 10 days.

In addition, very nice returns have been made with call option positions on each of these."

Once you have completed the 'Invest for Success' workshop you are ready to start. However, as with anything new, it is crucial that sufficient practice is undertaken before entering the market. During the workshop, we show you how to test our strategies without putting money at risk.

• Stock Market Data - For accurate analysis you will need reliable stock market data. We can supply you with ‘end-of-day’ and ‘intra-day’ data.  Intra-day data can be 'live snapshot' or 'dynamic'.  We explain different types of data and how to use it in the Invest for Success workshop.
• Charting Software - Easy to use charting software is your tool for making investing decisions. We can supply you with leading charting software.
